autoPACK has a brand new GUI

Update to the latest version of autoPACK to get the new GUI. We've greatly simplified the interface to clean up the columns and widget labels. The GUI now offers 4 levels of interface complexity: Simple, Intermediate, Advanced, and Debug. We recommend all new users start with Simple and then work your way up as you get comfortable with the functionality.

Update frequently as autoPACK and ePMV will continue to improve every week. The next HIV model will have simpler labels for the molecular ingredients and proper labels for the organelle compartments.
